As if it wasn't fabulous enough that the San Francisco Lesbian/Gay Freedom Band marched down the aisles of the Davies Symphony Hall playing "Burning Down the House" along with David Byrne and his onstage musicians, my friend César Privat whisked backstage to meet Byrne and the first thing out of his mouth was: "I've been a fan of yours ever since I was a little girl in Peru!"
